The Explorer Light
Explorer is a 10-week interactive coaching programme where neurodivergent children meet the four key parts of their brain through playful storytelling and creative tools. It helps build strong self-esteem, self-awareness, emotional regulation, and essential life skills. Supported by a dedicated Mind Station Coach, the programme fosters a positive, empowering relationship with their minds and lasting personal growth.

Explorer Plus
Explorer Plus sessions are recommended on a biweekly or monthly basis after completing the course. Each session focuses on developing one key character trait, with content drawn from the Brain Team curriculum. These sessions help children reinforce and build on what they’ve learned, supporting their life journey by developing skills like decision making, flexible thinking, impulse management, handling change, emotional control, and more.
