What Is The Course?

Family Explorer is a 12-week, live, coach-led transformative programme for children aged 7–12 and their parents.

Designed to bring calm and connection back into home life, the programme supports emotional regulation, fosters self-expression and confidence, strengthens communication, and builds resilience. Sessions are delivered in a playful and practical way, helping children understand their emotions, set personal goals, and communicate more clearly about their challenges, while parents gain strategies to support their child’s growth at home.
