What Is The Course?
Explorer On Demand is a self-paced, 90-minute course designed for 7–12 year olds.
Through playful and practical videos featuring the Mind Station characters and Coach Chloe, your child will build self-awareness, strengthen emotional development, boost self-confidence, improve social skills, and they will cultivate an empowered mindset across 10 bite-sized sessions. Each 10-minute video is paired with a supportive workbook activity, helping children understand their emotions, set personal goals, and communicate more clearly at home and at school.
