What Is The Course?
The Explorer Full Board is a 10-week, live, coach-led transformative programme for children aged 7–12.
Designed to bring calm and connection back into home life, the programme supports emotional regulation, fosters self-expression and confidence, strengthens communication, and builds resilience. Sessions are delivered in a playful and practical way, helping children understand their emotions, set personal goals, and communicate more clearly about their challenges, while parents gain strategies to support their child’s growth at home.

4. Do parents participate in the sessions?
No, they do not take part in the child coaching sessions, unless your child is 7 and this has been discussed on your consultation call as the recommended option
